Our subscribers depend on the newsletter for up-to-date information about career events, postings, schedules and more. Each advertisement includes the following:

1. Introduction Line: NAME OF ORGANIZATION
2. Organization Logo that links to the career section of your website (dimensions are 180 x 85 px. Files accepted: eps, psd, gif with a transparent background).
3. A 25-word message (Messages must be approved by the Toppel Career Center and we reserve the right to reject messages deemed inappropriate)

Advertisements are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. You will receive email confirmation indicating what issue(s) you have contracted for.

Deadlines: Logos and text must be submitted at least one week before publish date. (For example: logo and text for September 8 is due no later than September 1)

Appropriate Advertising
All advertisements must be related to the recruitment of students and/or alumni. Advertisements for products and/or services will not be accepted. Logos may only link to the career section of your organization's website. The Toppel Career Center reserves the right to reject any advertisements it deems inappropriate.

Endorsement
The Toppel Career Center and/or the University of Miami do not endorse organizations who advertise in the Career Column. No mention of the Toppel Career Center or the University of Miami is allowed in your advertisement.

Good Standing

Only organizations currently registered on the HireACane, our Career Management System are eligible to advertise in Career Column. Organizations must also be in good standing with the Toppel Career Center (no outstanding balances). 

Payment
The advertiser agrees to pay for all listings in full within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment can be made with VISA/MasterCard/Discover/American Express.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before the scheduled publication and must be made in writing. Any cancellations after that time will not be refunded.
