Each semester, the Toppel Career Center offers a variety of programs designed to
increase awareness of career paths and professional opportunities. The workshops
are most often conducted by outside speakers and panelists who are recognized specialists
in their field. Examples of previous Career Development Series workshops include:
Careers in the Entertainment Industry, How to Apply to Medical School, Careers in
Government, and the Job Search for International Students.

- Have you graduated and need to step up your job search? Is the stress of the job market getting you down? Don't Toppel under the pressure. This interactive program includes mock interviews, resume critiques, networking strategies, and guest speaker Andy Teach, the author of "From Graduation to Corporation.” RSVP on HireACane, under Events, Workshops.
- Your job or internship hunt shouldn’t take a summer vacation! The Toppel Career Center will be hosting the annual Summer Virtual Career Fair from June 1st – June 15th. With the variety of opportunities available, all students and alumni are encouraged to participate regardless of your major or discipline. For more information, click here!

This program is essential before attending an interview for an internship, graduate program, or full-time job! Topics that will be covered include how to prepare for the interview, questions the interviewer will ask, and the most effective ways to follow-up.
