Most of the services offered and available to employers at the Toppel Career Center
are free of charge. The Toppel Partner Program offers companies an opportunity to
demonstrate their commitment to students, alumni, and the University through direct
financial support of the Toppel Career Center while at the same time increasing
your campus visibility. There are a variety of levels in which your company or organization
can participate:
- Utilize dollars to purchase materials for students and alumni - these materials
would be prominently labeled with your organization's logo
- Featured on our website (the #1 most visited website at UM) with links to the job
section of your organization
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
to recognize our partnership Library Sponsor - $10,000 for six semesters
- Name prominently displayed as Library Sponsor for 1,000 Square foot presentation
area and resource library
- Utilize dollars to purchase furnishings, equipment, and materials for students and
alumni - these materials would be prominently labeled with your organization's logo
- Featured on our website (the #1 most visited website at UM) with links to the job
section of your organization
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
to recognize our partnership

Fees waived to Fall Career Expo and Spring Career Expo and other identified fairs
(six semesters) Library Naming - $250,000 for naming
- Library named in honor of your organization. Name to be displayed prominently on
marquee entrance to library
- High profile reception and ribbon cutting to honor partnership
- Utilize dollars to refurbish furnishings, purchase equipment, and provide career
related technology and resources for students and alumni - these materials would
be labeled to give appropriate recognition
- Featured prominently on our website (the #1 most visited website at UM) with links
to the job section of your organization (where appropriate)
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
to recognize our partnership
- Fees waived to Fall Career Expo and Spring Career Expo and other identified fairs
(10 semesters)
- One of our interview suites will be renamed in honor of your organization. You may
also provide pictures and desk accessories for the interview suite (current suites
are sponsored by FPL, Morgan Stanley, Citrix Systems, and Enterprise Rent-a-Car)
- Featured on all selected promotional material
- Preferred dates for on-campus interviewing
- One Career Expo fee waived
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
to recognize our partnership
- Our Conference Room would be renamed in honor of your organization for the designated
period of time. You may provide pictures, table, or room accessories. A plaque will
be installed at both entrances to acknowledge the partnership.
- Featured on all our promotional material
- Web Banner on our website (the #1 most visited website at UM) with links to the
job section of your organization
- Preferred dates for on-campus interviewing
- Career Expo fees waived for duration of sponsorship
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
to recognize our partnership
- This gift has been utilized to purchase new computer equipment for our 10 terminal
lab. Each computer has been tagged as a gift from your organization
- The Career Computer Lab would be renamed in honor of your organization (i.e. Lehman
Brothers Computer Lab)
- Featured on selected promotional material
- Preferred dates for on-campus interviewing
- Career Expo fees waived for 2 years
- Inclusion of your organization in selected newspaper advertisements and brochures
