Employers wishing to conduct interviews on-campus for full-time opportunities and
paid internships may participate in our on-campus recruiting program.
Once your reservation has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation by email
with recommended accommodations, driving directions, and parking information.
The typical interview schedule for an employer conducting on-campus recruiting will
begin at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm. A 30-minute interview schedule will allow 13
candidates per schedule; 45-minute interviews will allow 9 candidates per schedule;
60-minute interviews will allow 8 candidates per schedule. All schedules include
breaks and a lunch hour. Please keep in mind that the Toppel Career Center caters
lunch (at no cost) to all recruiters on the date(s) of your interviews.
The Toppel Career Center requests that you abide by the following offer policy to
allow our students sufficient time to carefully consider their employment options
and to make informed decisions.

weeks (whichever comes later) from the date of the offer to accept/decline.

This will give our students sufficient time to explore their options and make as
informed a decision as possible. In the end, we want you to obtain the best candidates
and we want our students to have the best opportunities!
In the spirit of collaboration, we hope that you will inform us of any offers made
and also that you let us know of any of our students who renege on an acceptance
of an internship or full-time job offer.
Due to high demand for the rooms at the Toppel Career Center, cancellations made
after the resume submission deadline will be assessed a Cancellation Fee of $25
per room/schedule cancelled. Cancellation fees are billed at the time of the cancellation.
