Starting in 2009, Matthew was able to gain exposure to Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. through an internship he held immediately after graduation. Due to his hard work and the importance he placed on his career development prior to graduation, he became an invaluable employee who went from intern to full-time Financial Analyst. After a promotion in 2011, he now holds the position of Sr. Commodities Buyer.
